Information about the eclipse 是次日食資料

An annular eclipse of the sun will occur on February 26 in the southern hemisphere. The path of annularity will strike Earth near 13:15 UTC (21:15 HKT) that day in the south Pacific Ocean, moving east to reach the southern parts of Chile and Argentina just after 13:30 UTC (21:30 HKT). The antumbra will then track east-northeast and cross the Atlantic Ocean during the next three hours, before reaching Angola in western Africa near 16:25 UTC (00:25 HKT the next day). It will track further east into DR Congo and leave the Earth's surface as the sun sets near 16:30 UTC there (00:30 HKT).

Partial eclipse can be seen in central and southern South America, a large portion of Antarctica and south to southwestern Africa.
